OUR HISTORY
Khoa met Gunter while obtaining capital to "fix-and-flip" homes in the South East region of the United States.
Khoa decided it was time to transition to Multifamily Real Estate Investing shortly thereafter. Khoa and Gunter's chemistry was so strong they decided to partner and form NextGenMultifamily.com
