Managing Partner - Investor Relations
Gunter is a Managing Partner for NextGen MultiFamily LLC and a private lender with USDV Capital. His primary focus is on value add syndications and financing Multifamily acquisitions throughout the Southeast.
Over the last 3 years, he has partnered with three large Multifamily operators who manage over 5,500 apartment units. Through his efforts and unique ability working with High Networth Individuals (HNI), he has created long-lasting relationships and credibility within the Family Office space, specializing in alternative private lending platforms and equity firms. His main focus is to provide safe and secure returns for his investors.

Khoa is an investor with a passion for multifamily real estate properties. He began his real estate investing journey after acquiring 10 residential properties within 9 months through a company he founded,

. Following this success, he shifted his focus to commercial real estate and has successfully participated in several multifamily syndications as a Limited Partner(LP) and General Partner (GP).
In addition, he is also a principal and co-founder of
MultfamilyMasters.com
(MFM). MFM started as a meetup group focused on multifamily real estate investing based in Los Angeles, CA. It has grown to over 3000 members and 50 locations around the world in just 2 years. MFM’s mission is to connect, educate, and build the best multifamily real estate investing community in the world.
Khoa is motivated by his need for growth and contribution. He discovered this need in 2017 after attending a Tony Robbins seminar. He continues to help others find their passion and make life-changing breakthroughs by incorporating skills he has learned with his experience as a Senior Leader in the Tony Robbins Organization.
